The Young@Nor-Shipping initiative is a result of cooperation between Nor-Shipping and YoungShip, the fast-growing international non-profit organization for young professionals in shipping. The two organizations continue their formal partnership agreement, which began in 2012. The aim is to further develop Nor-Shipping as an arena for the next generation, stimulating collaboration and ensuring the resources to make that happen.
All maritime professionals, regardless of age, were welcome to visit the Young@Nor-Shipping social hub on Nor-Shipping Island, the centralized networking area for the Nor-Shipping event week. And students were not left out in the cold! They were welcome to join the program’s activities.
