Demographics in a positive direction!

Nor-Shipping 2023 proved to be one of those “you had to be there” moments. From the second the bell rang at Oslo Stock Exchange on Monday morning, announcing the beginning of this year’s packed programme, through to the final delegates leaving the Lillestrøm exhibition centre on Friday afternoon, this year’s Nor-Shipping delivered on every expectation.

A record turnout at the exhibition, big names at the conferences and a social scene that basked in unbroken sunshine created the perfect arena to support our great global maritime industry. And we are very happy to report that % of woman is up, age is down and seniority in terms of job level is up!

Communication kit 2023

Nor-Shipping want to make it easy for exhibitors and partners to communicate and maximize their Nor-Shipping plans. The communication kit include guidelines to use the Nor-Shipping logo, colors and other branding elements. Option One: The Nor-Shipping press office offers global distribution of press releases and other corporate content for a fixed price of NOK 6,000 (excl. 25% VAT). Our extensive media network means the system can tailor distribution of content to effectively reach your target group. When submitted, the form will create a press release ready and formatted for distribution. Please ensure your desired release date is correct.

Option Two: We also offer email distribution of press releases and other corporate content directly to registered journalists attending Nor-Shipping 2023. This service is free.

Media distributed at Nor-Shipping

Nor-Shipping has its own Media Distribution Point. In the glass corridor in front of all the exhibition halls, its location gets much traffic and thus visibility. It offers magazines and newspapers that are either produced by exhibitors or other companies/publishers that have made an agreement to have their publication distributed.

Nor-Shipping 2023 advertising campaign

In order to penetrate a somewhat monotonous and one-sided communication landscape for the maritime sphere, Nor-Shipping has chosen to clearly differentiate itself with a new graphic expression in connection with our advertising output. This new expression is a refinement of the campaign that was chosen for Nor-Shipping 2019 and 2022. In all its naivety and playfulness, the updated campaign carries clear elements of Nor-Shipping’s original color profile. At the same time as we give a strong message about #PartnerShip and the challenges the maritime industry faces. Our campaign will be highly visible in all relevant channels for our industry and have a strong focus on digital tools.
