Terms of payment
- Registration fee will be invoiced upon registration
- Stand rental will be invoiced in December 2024 and be due in January 2025 or upon registration if booking after November 2024.
- Payment due within 14 days from invoice date
- Interest will be charged on payments made after due date
Stand fees 2025
>100 m2: NOK 4 960 per m2
Under the lower ceiling in hall D: NOK 3 990 per m2
Outdoor stands are NOK 2 550 per m2
Please note that minimum size is 12 m2.
All prices in NOK excl. VAT
Building an additional floor, will be charged an additional NOK 1 850 per m2 floor.
Each exhibitor get 15 free exhibitors tickets (or more pending on size). Exhibitors also get access to an invitation voucher that allows you to invite an unlimited number of visitors at 75% discount.
Furniture and VAT are not included.
VAT will be charged as per Norwegian rules and regulations and is currently 25%.

All assembly work must be completed by 17:00
due to cleaning and preparation of the exhibition
Dismantling

- It is not allowed to start clearing or dismantling the stand before the exhibition’s closing time.

- 8 June 07:00 – 23:00
- Dismantling completed for stands less than 50 sqm
- 9 June 08:00 – 23:00
- Dismantling completed all stands
- 10 June 07:00 – 19:00
- Pick up goods and finishing
For safety reasons, no children under the age of 16 are allowed in the halls during the assembly or dismantling.

Deadline for ordering stand equipment is 1 April 2025
Equipment required for each exhibitor depends a lot on the size, the hall and other exhibitor objectives, but the following checklist that may be useful regardless of the exhibitor’s own level of ambition:
- Walls
- Ready-made stands (everything including accessories such as furniture)
If you build a stand/exhibition space yourself, remember:
- Floor/carpet
- Lighting
- Furniture
- Wall colour
- Screen(s)
- Other accessories (coat stand, wastepaper basket, brochure rack etc.)

Fire declaration
The fire service requires a signed declaration from each exhibitor/stand concerning observance of the fire regulations. The declaration can be found at the Exhibitors MyNor-Shipping.
Use of Sawing/polishing machine etc.
It is not allowed to use sawing or polishing equipment in the exhibition halls without extraction.

Shipping Instructions
Waste
The organizer removes ordinary waste after the exhibition. When the exhibition has ended, the exhibitor must disassemble and clear their own stand. Uncollected goods will be removed, at the exhibitor’s expense.
VAT Refund
According to Norwegian VAT Rules, all foreign exhibitors are invoiced with VAT for stand-rental, registration fee and technical services. Please see link below for information on how to get the VAT refunded.
