In Hall A2, located above Hall A1, we have Nova studios (Studio N, 2, 3 & 4). This is a conference area with a more extended AV equipment set up. The «Green Room» is perfect for mingling or a reception. Meet 7 is a smaller meeting room with a rectangular table, chairs and a portable screen.
The price includes water, tea, coffee and a technician.
Studio 2, 3 and 4 can be combined, send request for options and price.

Technical seminar rooms
E6, E7 and E8
Pax: 50 – 70 cinema
Price: NOK 15 000 for 25 minute session

In Hall E we offer three rooms for technical seminars (exclusively for exhibitors).
Outside each seminar room a registration desk is available and it is possible to set up own rollups beside the door. There are Nor-Shipping banners on both side of the presentation screen.
The price includes water, tea and coffee and a technician across the rooms is present.
Each session will be recorded (USB chip will be delivered on stand the day after).

The VIP Room

Our most exclusive room is on the 2nd floor between hall C and D. This room is the ideal spot for a gathering in a nice and relaxing athmosphere.

The two meeting rooms in the restaurant Lillestrøm Lobby at our west entrance are just as suitable for social gatherings as for meetings and smaller receptions. Here you will get a room with VIP treatment and comfy seating. The chambre separé includes breakfast and lunch plus continuous serving of soft drinks, juice, water, coffee and tea
