We started Winther Aker Brygge in June 2020.
This is Oslo’s first city-cheesery with a restaurant and delicatessen.
Restaurant, pizzeria, cheesemaker and food shop all in one place.
Our dream is to become a natural place to book gatherings, meetings and tables for both lunch and dinner.
We aim to excel at quality, knowledge of food and great service.
We serve sourdough pizza matured for 72 hours, fresh pasta and of course cheese and antipasti.
We have a lot of events and can seat 40 people in chambre separee upstairs. We offer projector with sound.
