A fruitful partnership
Nordic Innovation is an organization under the Nordic Council of Ministers working to increase sustainable growth in the Nordic region by promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and competitiveness in Nordic businesses.
The Oslo-headquartered organization has identified ‘smart mobility and connectivity’ as a key strategic area. The Nordic Innovation Mobility Mission: Sea Meets Land financial instrument is a key part of the program and will support applicants developing innovative solutions enabling Nordic Innovation’s objectives.
Earlier this year, Nordic Innovation partnered with Nor-Shipping to help facilitate the Mobility Mission. Together, the two organizations arranged three regional cross-industry workshops to mobilize potential partners and ideas and use Nor-Shipping 2019 in Oslo and Lillestrøm as the official launch pad for the Mobility Mission.
