YoungShip International and Nor-Shipping have signed a renewed cooperation agreement for Nor-Shipping 2027. This marks ten years of meaningful collaboration focused on attracting, developing and retaining young maritime talent. It also reflects a partnership that has grown in importance and influence since it began in 2015.
The partnership has helped spotlight innovation, entrepreneurship and emerging maritime talent. Nor-Shipping has become an important arena where YoungShip brings together members from across the world to meet, learn, connect and accelerate their global careers. The collaboration was especially visible during Nor-Shipping 2025 through the Young Entrepreneur Award (YEA). This year’s winner, Alisha Fredriksson, CEO and Co-Founder of Seabound, was recognised for her groundbreaking carbon capture technology.
