I CAN’T FIND MY TICKET OR RECEIPT

All you need to know is the email address associated with the ticket.
Enter that email here to receive a copy of your ticket and receipt.

 

THREE SYSTEMS IN PLAY

There are three systems in action during Nor-Shipping 2017, and that might be confusing some a little:

  • My-Norshipping is for delegates and visitors to customize their agenda, bring ticket and profile along at all times and many other features.
  • Delegia MyPage is for exhibitors to control their experience and setup.
  • OceanHub is for both attendees and exhibitors to experience a rich exhibitor catalogue.

I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY NOR-SHIPPING

You need a ticket to Nor-Shipping 2017 to receive an invite.
Not received your invite?

You have a My Nor-Shipping profile but forgot your password?

Access to the Opening Conference is part of the conference pass. You do however need to assure a place is reserved for you in My Nor-Shipping.
1) Go to Program inside My Nor-Shipping
2) Find the Opening Conference. Press RESERVE. This now changes to RESERVED and you have access to the Opening Conference.
