Assembly
Badges for stand builders/assembly personnel will be handled out by the security guards. Preregistration is not possible.

All assembly work must be completed by 17:00
The halls are closed to all exhibitors at 17:00 due to cleaning and preparation of the exhibition area.

Remarks
For safety reasons, no children under the age of 16 are allowed in the halls during assembly or
dismantling periods.

Exhibitors have access to the stands every morning at 08:00

Dismantling
Transporting of empties may commerce, only after the visitors had left the halls and carpets are
removed from the aisles. This may take one or two hours.

All dismantling must be completed by 18:00 on Wednesday 7 June.

Specifications for stand construction, height and the use of sails and banners
The maximum height for the construction and decoration of stands is 2.5 metres. Nor-Shipping may, upon application to its technical coordinator, grant permission to extend walls and decorations and to hang banners above this height. An application for permission must include a plan of the stand with its exact measurements and a specification of the construction materials to be used, as well as written consent from adjacent stands. The application must be received by Nor-Shipping no later than five weeks before the beginning of assembly. Sails, banners and decorations must be in accordance with the DIN 4102 B1 standard.

Fire declaration
The fire service requires a signed declaration from each exhibitor/stand concerning the observance of fire regulations. The declaration, which includes the exhibition title, the exhibitor’s name and the stand number, must be sent to Nor-Shipping in good time before assembly starts. Please read and sign the fire declaration.

Use of sawing/polishing machines etc.
The above equipment must have extraction/collection functions to be used within the exhibition halls.

Freight handling
To ensure the necessary access to the exhibition halls, goods that may cause obstructions will be removed at the exhibitor’s expense. Storage of packaging materials, forklift hire etc. should be ordered from DHL Trade Fairs & Events. Tel. +47 909 55 826, e-mail no.tfe@dhl.com or contact the Exhibitor Service.

Waste
The organizer removes standard waste after the exhibition. When the exhibition has ended, the exhibitor must disassemble and clear their own stand. Uncollected goods will be removed at the exhibitor’s expense.
